Two Bays of molding for various sizes of castings in Box, floor Molding / Pit Molding with green dry, Cement, Oil and CO2 Sand processes
Sand dryer - 1 No 5 mt/hr
Sand Mixer - 4 Nos.- ranging from 250 Kgs to 500 Kgs Capacity
Machine Molding will be installed for small size repeatative nature of castings

Handling Facilities

Over Head Cranes - 7 Nos.- Ranging from 5 Ton to 20 Ton Capacity, 5 Nos. in Moulding Bay and 1 No. each in melting & machine shop
Mobile Cranes - 2 Nos.- Ranging from 5 Ton to 7 Tons Capacity for transportation to & from shops.

Annealing Furance

1 No.- will be installed for heat treatment of C.I., S.G. & Steel Casting, With 7 Mtr. Length for Coke oven door Castings.
